At Armadale Soccer Club, we are committed to providing a consistent and competitive environment for all our players. In line with this commitment, we have established the following refund policy regarding player registrations:
Registration Fees:
Upon registration with Armadale Soccer Club, players acknowledge and agree to our refund policy.
Refund Eligibility: Once a player has registered and commenced training with Armadale Soccer Club, refunds will not be provided under normal circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the consistency and stability of our teams, fostering a culture of full commitment from all players.
Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons or relocation, requests for refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any such requests must be submitted in writing to the club committee for review.
Commitment to Excellence: By adhering to our refund policy, Armadale Soccer Club aims to maintain the integrity of our teams and uphold our standards of excellence on and off the field.

Players Code of Conduct
We all have a responsibility to promote high standards of behaviour in the game. Play your part and observe
the Armadale Soccer Club’s code of conduct for players.
ON AND OFF THE FIELD, I WILL:
• Adhere to the laws of the game
• Display and promote high standards of behaviour
• Promote Fair Play
• Always respect the match official decisions
• Never engage in offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour
• Never engage in bullying, intimidation or harassment
• Speak to my team mates, the opposition and my coach/manager with respect
• Remember we all make mistakes
• Win or loose with dignity. Shake hands with the opposing team and the referee at the end of every
• Game.
I understand that if I do not the follow the Code, any/all of the following actions may be taken:
I MAY:
• Be required to apologise to team mates, the other team, referee or team manager
• Receive a warning from the coach or written warning from the club committee
• Be suspended form training and not selected for the team
• Be requested to leave the club
Officials Code of Conduct
Coaches, Team Managers and Club Officials
We all bear a collective responsibility to set a good example and help provide a positive environment in which children can learn and enjoy the game. Play your part and observe The Football West Code of Conduct at al times.
ON AND OFF THE FIELD, I WILL:
• Use my position to set a positive example for the young people I am responsible for
• Show respect to others involved in the game including match officials, opposition players, coaches,
managers, officials and spectators.
• Adhere to the laws and spirit of the game
• Promote Fair Play and high standards of behaviour
• Respect the match official’s decision
• Never enter the field of play without referees permission
• Never engage in, or tolerate, offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour
• Be gracious in victory and defeat.
WHEN WORKING WITH PLAYERS, I WILL;
• Place the well-being, safety and enjoyment of each player above everything, including winning
• Never engage in tolerate any forms of bulling
• Encourage each player to accept responsibility for their own behaviour and performance
• Ensure all activities I organise are appropriate for the player’s ability level, age and maturity
• Co-operate fully with others in football (e.g. officials, physiotherapist) for each player’s best interests.
Spectator Code of Conduct
We agree to work together and remove the negative attitudes and abusive behaviour that occur on the
side-lines and on the field of play.
We, as players, coaches, referees and spectators agree to:
• Never engage in discrimination, harassment or abuse in any form,
including obscene or abusive language or gestures
• Never ridicule or unduly scold a player for making a mistake
• Conduct ourselves in a manner that enhances, rather than injures
the reputation and goodwill of football in general.
• Always respect the decision of Match Officials
• Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their
gender, ability, race, colour, religion, language, politics, national or ethnic origin
• Never use violence in any form, whether against other spectators,
team officials, match officials or coaches
